Benefits

1) The renter does not have to pay a large sum of money to buy a stand.

2) The renter pays only a small monthly renting fee.

3) The renter can sell ads on the stands and generate an income.

4) There is never any maintenance cost for the renter.

5) The renter gets all the income of the ads he sold.

6) More than one game stand can be rented.

7) The renter does not have to worry about artwork, setup and production of the ads.

8) The renter does not have to worry about the installation of the ads on the stands.

Disadvantages

1) The renter must pay a small renting fee.

2) The renter must supply and replace lost playing pieces.

3) The renter must pay a delivery fee. 

Responsibilities

1) The renter must place the stand in such a manner that all the sides are always visible.

2) The renter must comply with the renting agreement.

3) The renter must keep the stand clean.

4) The renter must supply and replace lost pieces on the stand.

Conditions

1) A renting agreement must be signed.

2) A monthly renting fee must be paid to Ramlodi

3) The renter must sign a debit order to pay the monthly renting fee.

4) The renting agreement must be complied with.

5) Ramlodi supply only 1 set. extra chess, morabaraba or

draughts pieces must be provided by the renter

6) The renter must pay a delivery fee.

7) All the setup and production of all ads must be done only by Ramlodi.

8) Ramlodi gets a 10% commission if it finds an advertiser.

9) The renter gets no hosting fee.
