Hosting (Highly recommended)

Benefits

1) The host gets a hosting fee.

2) No cost involved for the host.

3) There is no delivery fee.

4) If the host gets an advertiser he will get a 10% commission.

5) Ramlodi supplies extra chess/morabaraba or draughts pieces.

6) There is never any maintenance cost for the host.

7) The host does not have to find advertisers.

8) The host can host more than one game stand.

9) The host does not have to worry about artwork, setup and production of the ads.

10) The host does not have to worry about the installation of the ads on the stands.

11) The host can get a Ramlodi game stand immediately depending on the availability of stock. 

Disadvantages

1) The host will not get any money from advertisers.

2) The host might have to a wait long time before we find sufficient suitable advertisers. 

Responsibilities

1) The host must place the stand in such a manner that all the sides are always visible.

2) The host must keep the stand clean.

3) The host must encourage learners to play.

4) The host must replace lost pieces (provided by Ramlodi) on the stand.

Conditions

1) The host must sign a hosting agreement of 24 months.

2) The host must comply with the hosting agreement.

3) All the setup and production of all ads must be done only by Ramlodi.

4) All advertising money must go to Ramlodi.

5) Ramlodi are allowed to sell ads to advertisers. (The school has the right to approve or disapprove an advertiser.)
